A Group:Pre connect the pressure sensor with a 20G Introcan-W puncture needle, perform zero exhaust, and then perform radial artery puncture catheterization under ultrasound guidance
B Group:Directly perform 20G Introcan-W puncture needle under ultrasound guidance for radial artery puncture catheterization

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The ALLEN test on the right upper limb showed negative results; No infection or trauma on the local skin of the right radial artery puncture.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with missing radial artery in the right upper limb; Peripheral vascular disease of the right upper limb; Abnormal coagulation function.
