Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with first stroke; (2) 1 score ?NIHSS score ?20 (3) 2 marks ?mRS Score ?4 marks; (4) Good communication understanding and expression (not limited to forms), with Internet access and skilled use of wechat; (5) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients suffering from mental illness, taking psychotropic drugs or receiving psychological treatment; (2) Patients treated with anti-inflammatory drugs (other than aspirin); (3) Patients with severe heart, brain, kidney and other organ dysfunction.
