Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with complaints consistent with the clinical manifestations of caries; 2) Age =18 and =70 years old, regardless of gender; 3) The oral panoramic radiographs show complete dentition, i.e., the second molar and all proximal and middle teeth in each quadrant are still alive; 4) No more than one tooth in each quadrant is restored or filled on the oral panoramic film; 5) Oral panoramic films that are clear, easy to read, and free of obvious artifacts; 6) Subjects who participated voluntarily, were able to understand the purpose of the experiment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Oral panoramas that are not clear, with overlapping, blurring, or artifacts; 2) Insufficient number of teeth available for study; 3) Teeth with severe wear and abrasion and severe changes in tooth morphology; (4) The presence of multiple teeth, too small teeth, missing teeth; 5) Presence of pregnancy, tumor radiotherapy and other unsuitable conditions for oral radiation; (6) Restriction of mouth opening degree that prevents clinical examination; (7) Those with neurological diseases or mental diseases or psychological disorders; 8) Participation in other clinical trials within the last three months; 9) cases of other conditions that the investigator considers unsuitable for inclusion.
