Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Inclusion criteria for PND high-risk groups: ? The age of =20 years old (Chinese women's legal marriage age) married primipara; ?B ultrasonography showed fetal survival of single pregnant women (gestation =28 weeks); ? Can understand the investigation content, voluntarily participate in and sign the informed consent; ? Those with LEIDS-RR-CV score =58 and EPDS score =12 in the third trimester were classified as individuals prone to depression (that is, high-risk pregnant women with PND); ? Long-term residence is Quanzhou City for follow-up. (2) Spouse inclusion criteria: ? Age =22 years old (the legal marriage age of Chinese men); ? Can understand the investigation content, voluntarily participate in and sign the informed consent; ? Spouses meet the inclusion criteria of PND high-risk groups. (3) Inclusion criteria for companions: ? Age =20 years old (the legal marriage age of Chinese women); ? Women who have had PND in the past 5 years but have recovered for at least 2 years; ? Have good communication skills; ? Can use smart phones; ? Live in Quanzhou for a long time to implement peer support intervention; ? Informed consent to this research, and willing to share their ideas and views. (4) Inclusion criteria for nurses: ? Obstetrical nursing work for at least 8 years, and have intermediate or above titles; ? Have a reproductive history; ? Have good communication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Exclusion criteria for PND high-risk groups: ?Patients with mental disorders or who are receiving treatment for mental health problems; ?Karnofsky(KPS) function status score <60 points; ? with language communication disorders; ? forceps assisted delivery and third degree perineal cleft; ? Patients participating in other similar peer support interventions. (2) Spouse exclusion criteria: ? have mental abnormalities; ?Karnofsky(KPS) function status score <60 points; ? Patient health questionnaire (PHQ-9)<5 score; ? with language communication disorders; ? Patients participating in other similar peer support interventions. (3) Exclusion criteria for companions: ?Have a history of mental illness other than depression, cognitive impairment, or a major illness that may affect their participation in the study; ? Forceps assisted delivery and perineal third degree cleft.
