Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for premature infants ( 1 ) The gestational age at birth is less than 37 weeks ; ( 2 ) body mass < 2500g ; inclusion criteria for fathers of premature infants ( 1 ) the main contact person during hospitalization ; ( 2 ) with primary school or above cultural level, can understand and answer the questionnaire items ; ( 3 ) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for premature infants ( 1 ) Premature infants with severe congenital malformations ; ( 2 ) Premature infants with severe genetic diseases, such as 21-trisomy syndrome ; ( 3 ) ' Neonatal critical illness score ' was assessed as ' very critical '. 3.2.2 Exclusion criteria for fathers of premature infants ( 1 ) Occupation for medical related professional ; ( 2 ) suffering from mental or psychological illness ; ( 3 ) malignant tumor or serious disease ; ( 4 ) The spouse has serious illness, mental illness or drug abuse.
