18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Signed informed consent, voluntary participation, and good compliance; 2.Patients with a preoperative diagnosis of gastric cancer and evaluation for radical surgery; 3.Age =18 and =70 years old, no gender limit; 4.No previous abdominal surgery; 5.No preoperative neoadjuvant therapy; 6.Life expectancy = 6 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The preoperative examination is suggestive of gastric cancer with peritoneal metastasis or with extensive metastasis to other abdominal organs. 2.Hypersensitivity to the ingredients in IMPACT or to Combined Bifidobacterium ,Lactobacillus, Enterococcus and Bacillus cereus Tablets,Live; 3.Long-term use of gastrointestinal-related medications, such as laxatives, antidiarrheal drugs, and gastric stimulants, can have adverse effects. 4.Patients who are unable to perform enteral nutrition, such as those with short bowel syndrome, 5.Comorbid severe infections; 6.Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding or planning to become pregnant.
