Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the WHO Classification of Central Nervous System Tumors 2021 edition, glioblastoma was histologically confirmed, IDH 1/2 wild type, and MGMT promoter region was not methylated. 2. Age 22 and above. 3. Maximum possible excision, including total or partial excision. 4. Those have received stupp regimen plus electric field therapy after surgery. 5. KPS =70. 6. Expected survival =3 months. 7. Women of childbearing age must use contraception. 8. All patients must understand and sign informed consent before entering the study. 9. Concurrent chemoradiotherapy should be initiated no later than the 8th week after surgery. 10. Can complete magnetic resonance (MR) examination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The tumor is located in the infratentorial or leptomeninge invasion. 2. Participated in other clinical trials. 3. During pregnancy or lactation. 4. Evidence of intracranial hypertension: midline displacement > 5mm, optic nerve papilledema, malignant vomiting, reduced level of consciousness.
