Intervention group:On the basis of routine nursing, the improvement plan of treatment behavior based on intervention map was implemented, mainly including: ?information guidance
?Motivational interview
?Guidance of behavioral skills.
control group:Routine nursing measures were adopted, mainly including: admission education, condition observation, diet nursing, medication guidance, health guidance and so on.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age greater than 18 years old; (2) The education level is junior high school and above; (3) Patients with high-risk diabetic foot who met the diagnostic criteria of the ' Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic foot '; (4) Conscious, informed consent and volunteered to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with serious complications such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; (2) Patients with severe dysfunction affecting the quality of life; (3) Patients with cognitive impairment or mental illness.
