Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Processing group: Women of childbearing age (18-35 years old), who have not used hormone therapy within the past month, are not patients with cycterial sac, have a history of abortion (B-ultrasonography indicates continuous interruption of intima) or thin intima without special reasons (B-ultrasonography indicates that the intima thickness of the middle luteum is < 7mm), have no other underlying diseases, no infectious diseases such as hepatitis B and AIDS, have informed and signed consent forms, and have a sexual life history. 2. Control group: women of reproductive age (18-35 years old), who have not used hormone therapy in the past month, who are not patients with occiliary sac, who have given birth or have no obvious abnormalities in endometrium indicated by B-ultrasound, and who have no other underlying diseases, who are informed and sign consent forms, and have a sexual life history.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with poor compliance, acute or subacute pelvic infection, various vaginitis, active uterine bleeding (massive), recent history of uterine perforation or uterine repair, genital tuberculosis without appropriate anti-tuberculosis treatment, serious heart, lung, liver, kidney and other organ diseases, blood diseases, etc.
