Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Obtaining a nursing practitioner's certificate; Engaged in nursing work; Informed consent and voluntary participation; Has communication and reading and writing skills.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with severe organ dysfunction diseases; Individuals with mental illness; Those who are absent from work for more than 3 months due to various reasons such as maternity leave, sick leave
