Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Since the beginning of this study, patients diagnosed with upper urinary tract obstruction and hydronephrosis through ultrasound, CT, and other examinations in the Department of Urology at West China Hospital of Sichuan University have voluntarily participated in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Excluding complications such as polycystic kidney disease and bladder ureteral reflux caused by complications such as upper urinary tract malformations; 2) MRI images have various reasons such as severe artifacts or low signal-to-noise ratio;
