Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Applicable to individuals aged = 60 years old who have been screened for frailty through a scale, have basic normal thinking and cognitive functions, and have no communication barriers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Excluding patients with particularly severe hearing or cognitive impairments, bedridden, unable to take care of themselves, at risk of bleeding, and with physical or mental disabilities.
