Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?=18 years old; ? patients meet the specific diagnostic criteria for acute and severe diseases, such as septic shock, severe pneumonia, etc.; ? patients who have received antibiotics; ? Clinical symptoms and signs of double infection, such as fever and abnormal white blood cell count; ?volunteer to participate in the study; ? conscious; ? They can communicate with each other normally.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Suffering from severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory system diseases, immune system diseases and severe liver and kidney damage; ? suffering from severe mental illness, such as depression, generalized anxiety disorder, etc.; ? The patient's current condition is not suitable for colonoscopy; ? patients with allergic reactions to gut microbiota transplantation; ? patients who fail to provide complete medical history or examination data; ?
