Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathological diagnosis of head and neck cancer and first radiation therapy; 2. Age=18 years old; 3. A conscious patients, capable of normal communication and cooperating with the questionnaire; 4. Patients with informed consent and voluntary participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cancer recurrence; 2. Patients with other serious diseases; 3. Patients with severe physical symptoms and suspension of radiotherapy; 4. Patients with skin disease in the radiation field upon admission; 5. Participation in other intervention programs during radiotherapy.
