18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Stenosis or occlusion of the intracranial internal carotid artery and/or the proximal middle cerebral artery (MCA); 2) Abnormal vascular network near arterial occlusion or stenosis; 3) STA-MCA combined with dural inversion was performed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with non-symptomatic atherosclerotic cerebral artery occlusion identified by digital subtraction angiography (DSA) and/or magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) according to established diagnostic and treatment guidelines; 2) Young patients with no risk factors for atherosclerosis; 3) Complicated with aneurysm; 4) Severe stenosis or occlusion of other arteries at the same time; 5) Previously received other cerebral revascularization surgeries; 6) Patients with less than 2 years of follow-up or lost follow-up; 7) Patients younger than 18 years of age.
