Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All male patients undergoing transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) or indwelling catheter after prostate cancer surgery; The surgeons were required to be experienced in TURP surgery for more than 100 cases. 2. Patients who agreed to participate in the study and provided informed consent. 3. Age 18 or above.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with local active infection or glans necrosis or with ischemia of the penis or glans. 2. Patients who are allergic to the rubber, latex, or sponge materials used in new catheter fixation devices. 3 female patients, as the device was specifically designed for use in male anatomy after TURP surgery. 4. Patients with severe coagulopathy or uncontrolled bleeding disorders. 5. Patients unable to adhere to the study protocol or follow-up requirements.
