Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Preterm infants admitted to the hospital within 12 h of birth and born at <30 weeks of gestational age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Presence of congenital heart disease other than atrial septal defect (ASD) and ventricular septal defect (VSD); (2) Congenital genetic or chromosomal abnormalities; (3) Refusal of the child's family to enroll in the study.
