Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of Anesthesiologists Health Status Scale (ASA) Level I-III. 2.Healthy patients between the ages of 18 and 65 who have undergone orthopedic surgery (including trauma, spine, and joint) under general anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with low blood volume and hemodynamic instability whose heart rate, blood pressure and cardiac output fluctuated more than 10% within 10 minutes before starting the test were excluded; ? Refuse to participate in the experiment, do not sign the informed consent; ? Patients with severe heart, kidney or liver diseases, diabetes mellitus, etc. ? Patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, chest wall malformations, or a history of chest surgery; ? The patient had symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection or pulmonary infection in the past 4 weeks, and chest X-ray indicated pneumonia; ? People who have used positive pressure ventilation or have contraindications for positive pressure ventilation within 4 weeks before surgery; ? Chest film suggests that there are pulmonary bulla ? serious coagulation dysfunction patients.
