18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age: 18-80 years old; (2) Hospital admission within 3 days of onset; (3) No treatment prior to admission; (4) can understand and sign informed consent, or family members signed informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with brain tumor or cerebral hemorrhage found by brain CT examination; (2) Patients who did not complete CT or MRI imaging after the onset of the disease; (2) Patients with severe autoimmune diseases, infectious diseases and severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; (3) unable to cooperate with the completion of relevant inspections and accompanying visitors; (4) Patients diagnosed with infection or receiving antibiotics before admission to hospital (5) patients with malignant tumors; (6) A history of mental illness and being treated with antipsychotic drugs;
