65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age = 65 years old; (2) Grade ?-? surgery under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Accepting heart surgery, liver transplantation, lung transplantation, and some urinary system surgeries that directly affect kidney function; (2) Surgical time<120 minutes; (3) Preoperative CKD stage 5 [glomerular filtration rate<15 ml/(min · 1.73 m)] ²)]; (4) There is a history of AKI 2 weeks before surgery; (5) Received renal replacement therapy or extracorporeal pulmonary membrane oxygenation therapy before surgery; (6) Emergency or day surgery; (7) Perinatal women; (8) Preoperative and postoperative related data are missing.
