Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Refer to the 1995 American College of Rheumatology guidelines. Include patients aged 40-70 with a disease duration of more than 6 months, Kellgren-Lawrence radiographic grade of II or III, and a Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) pain score of at least 4. Right-handed patients only.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Having a history of knee surgery or waiting for knee surgery (knee replacement or knee arthroscopic surgery); (2) Evaluate a history of arthroscopy examination within 1 year and a history of intra-articular injection in the past 6 months for the joint; (3) Knee pain caused by other diseases (such as joint dissociation, severe joint effusion, infection, malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases, trauma, fractures, gout, etc.); (4) Severe acute or chronic organic or psychiatric diseases; (5) Coagulation dysfunction diseases (such as hemophilia); (6) Pregnant, pregnant, and lactating women; (7) Individuals with claustrophobia or those who carry pacemakers, metal products, or other contraindications for MRI examination; (8) Those with clear organic lesions or severe head anatomical asymmetry found in MRI scans; (9) Received massage or acupuncture and moxibustion treatment in the past 1 month; (10) Individuals who are allergic to needles and alcohol, or are afraid of puncturing; (11) Participate in other clinical researchers within the past 3 months.
