Inclusion criteria: 1. Male university students with regular rest and relaxation 2.Age 16-28 years old 3. No cardiovascular disease, no disease in upper limbs that affects movement. 4. Follow the requirements of the experiment

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cardiovascular disease 2. Serious bone injury affecting sports training
