18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients of ASA I and II, who are scheduled to undergo total knee arthroplasty under spinal anaesthetic.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) BMI>40kg/m^2; 2) inability to obtain informed consent due to cognitive dysfunction or abnormal mental state; 3) renal and hepatic disease; 4) known allergies to local anesthetics; 5) infection at the site of block; 6) a history of postoperative nausea and vomiting; 8) lower limb neuropathy or movement disorder; 8) a history of long-term use of opioids; 9) coagulopathy.
