Interventions

study group:(1) Oral Traditional Chinese Medicine,Method: Take continuously for 3 months. (2) Acupuncture and moxibustion at Baliao,Method:Electroacupuncture therapy: Start treatment after the menstru
control group :Estradiol valerate tablets were given on the fifth day of the Menstrual cycle, once a day, 2mg each time, for 21 consecutive days
From the 12th day after oral administration of Estradiol valerate tablets, add progesterone capsules twice a day, 100mg each time, for 10 consecutive days
On the 5th day of menstruation, oral aspirin enteric coated tablets 100mg/d were administered continuously for 20 days per cycle for three months.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Those who meet all four criteria ? Married women aged 22-40; ? Regular Menstrual cycle, BBT of at least two months Menstrual cycle is bidirectional; ? B-ultrasound detection: The maximum diameter of follicles is = 18mm, and transvaginal ultrasound shows that the thickness of the endometrium is<7mm; ? It meets the diagnostic criteria of infertility and Hypomenorrhea based on the syndrome differentiation of kidney deficiency, liver stagnation and blood stasis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: Those who meet any of the following criteria should be excluded ? Those who have used sex hormones or drugs that have an impact on sex hormone levels within the past 6 months; ? Combined with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, venous thrombosis, liver, kidney, and blood system, or serious diseases that affect their survival, such as malignant tumors; ? Those with obvious uterine cavity abnormalities found by vaginal ultrasound or hysteroscopy, such as malformation, uterine cavity adhesion, submucous myoma of uterus, polyp, Uterine fibroid, adenomyosis or abnormal reproductive tract; ? Previous history of pelvic tuberculosis with intimal injury; ? Allergies to aspirin enteric coated tablets, acute gastrointestinal ulcers; ? Patients with blocked fallopian tubes on both sides; ? Those with abnormal semen in their loved ones; ? Those who are unwilling to accept the research measures or suffer from serious Mental disorder, cannot use drugs as required, cannot determine the efficacy, or have incomplete information that affects the efficacy or safety judgment.
