18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Aged 18-65 years; ?Moderate and severe stroke (NIHSS is 10-20 points, or mRS score is 4-5 points); ?Cerebral infarction of anterior cerebral circulation(middle cerebral artery); ?Medical history more than 3 months patients who still have obvious brain dysfunction including dyskinesia , language barrier, cognitive impairment, and dysphagia; ?No skull defect.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Patients who do not compliant with inclusion criteria; ?Intracranial surgery within 6 months; ?Intracranial infection or scalp infection within one year; ?Significant high intracranial pressure such as brain swelling and hydrocephalus; ?Refusal to sign informed consent form for surgery; ?Important organ failure; ?Unable to cooperate with information collection due to mental illness or other reasons.
