Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery 2: 65-75 years old 3: American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade II or III 4: No neuromuscular disease 5: Body mass index (BMI) <30kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Preoperative respiratory tract infection, cough, sputum and other symptoms 2: Preoperative examination indicated atelectasis, bulla, severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and a history of pulmonary surgery 3: History of severe arrhythmia, coronary heart disease, and cardiac surgery
