Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?=18 years old; The patient had some cancer, such as pancreatic cancer, etc., and the use of antibiotics in cancer patients led to the occurrence of double infection. The drug sensitivity test detected Candida albicans and/or Staphylococcus and/or fungi and/or drug-resistant Staphylococcus aureus and/or Gram-negative bacilli, and the blood routine test detected inflammatory factors. ? voluntary participation in the study; ? consciousness; ?Able to communicate in language normally.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Suffering from severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory system diseases, immune system diseases and severe liver and kidney damage; ? suffering from severe mental illness, such as depression, generalized anxiety disorder, etc.; ? patients with intestinal infection or other infectious diseases; ? patients with allergic reactions to gut microbiota transplantation; ? patients who fail to provide complete medical history or examination data; ? Unable to carry out this study due to various reasons, various tests are needed; ? The patient's general condition was poor and could not tolerate the operation under colonoscopy. ?Use of antibiotics in the past 2 weeks; ? Use of probiotics or immunomodulators in the past 1 month.
