Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Selecting elderly frail patients admitted to the General Surgery Department of Funing County People's Hospital who require laparoscopic hernia surgery, ASAII~IV grade, aged 65 years and above, without mental illness, coagulation dysfunction, drug allergy history, and long-term use of analgesics. Patients who sign the informed consent form must have the ability to understand and be willing to participate in this study, and must also sign the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Refuse to participate; Emergency surgery; Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; Preoperative cognitive impairment/inability to understand visual analog pain scores; Long term use of sedatives and analgesics; Alcohol abuse; Allergy to investigational drugs; Pregnant or lactating women; History of chronic pain.
