18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Elective surgery patients 2.Adult males or females between the ages of 18 and 80 years old. 3.Preoperative imaging and test results suggestive of hepatocellular carcinoma. 4.No intrahepatic or extrahepatic metastases of hepatocellular carcinoma detected on preoperative imaging studies 5.Normal liver function or well-reserved function before operation (Child–Pugh classes A or B with the score = 7,ICG-R15<10%). 6.No other treatment prior to enrollment, such as operation, radiofrequency ablation (RFAB), TACE, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, liver transplantation. 7.Signed informed consent from the patient or legal guardian prior to enrollment in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Imaging of the presence of vascular invasion or extrahepatic metastases. 2.Combined heart, lungs, kidneys and other important organs serious organic lesions, the patient can not tolerate surgery 3.Previous treatment with targeted, immunological or interventional therapies 4.Unable to provide informed consent.
