Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: (1) age 18~70 years old, course of illness = 12 months, male or female, (2) meet the relevant guidelines for diagnosis: patients with cerebral infarction meet the 2018 diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke, patients with cerebral hemorrhage meet the 2019 diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Intracerebral Hemorrhage, (3) one or both upper limb motor dysfunction, (4) Glass Coma Scale score >10 points, no severe cognitive impairment, able to cooperate with sensory and motor function assessment, (5) the patient's vital signs are stable, (6) the patient or his agent signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (2) History of severe mental illness, drug abuse and alcoholism, (3) Upper limb dysfunction caused by trauma or peripheral nerve disease, (4) Pregnant woman, (5) Recent ingestion or consumption of drugs or foods that affect sensory function, etc.;
