Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18-45 years, female, with =6 years of compulsory education; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for abdominal obesity; (3) Appetite VAS score = 7 or appetite VAS score = 3; (4) Agreed to participate in the study and signed the written informed consent and acupoint burrowing informed consent; (5) Not participating in other trials within three months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Extremely obese patients (BMI = 40 kg/m2); (2) Secondary obesity, e.g., obesity caused by endocrine disorders (Cushing's syndrome, thyroid disorders, hypothalamus, pituitary disorders, colonization disorders, etc.) or by medications (glucocorticosteroids, antipsychotics); (3) Combined with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepatic, renal and hematopoietic systems and other organic lesions, etc.. Or patients with a combination of primary hypertension that is not effectively controlled; or patients with a history of stroke or other diseases that cannot be controlled by weight control through exercise within 3 months; (4) Patients with a comorbid history of significant psychiatric trauma, severe mental or neurological disorders who are unable or unwilling to cooperate; (5) Those with bleeding tendencies, allergies to alcohol, animal proteins, or immune disorders; (6) Pregnant and breastfeeding women who have had a request for childbearing within the last six months or who are unable to use adequate contraception; (7)History of surgical treatment for obesity; (8) Those who had received other weight loss methods within 3 months or had participated in a similar study; (9) Those who have undergone previous major intestinal resection or major gastrointestinal surgery; (10) Those who have taken antibiotics for 3 days or more in the last 3 months. (Note: Patients with any of these could not be included in this study.)
