18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) T2DM patients who meet the WHO 1999 diagnostic criteria; (2) The DFU classification adopts Wagner I-II level; (3) Age>18 years old; (4) First line routine treatment of diabetes wound failed to heal after 4 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with DKA and hypertonic status; (2) Patients with lower limb arterial occlusion or ABI<0.60; (3) PEDIS grade 3-4 for foot infections; (4) Patients with severe coronary heart disease, cerebral infarction, heart failure, and renal failure; (5) Patients with malignant tumors, medullary thyroid carcinoma, and pancreatitis; (6) Patients with severe gastrointestinal diseases (7) Patients using immunosuppressive agents; (8) Pregnant and lactating women. (9) Patients participating in other clinical trials; (10) Researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical trial participants.
