Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Have lived l in Yantai for at least one year and plan to live in Yantai for a long time; ?Have prenatal examination and give birth in this hospital; ? Agree to participate in this study and be willing to use the remaining blood samples for future research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Multiple births Unable to complete the investigation due to medical condition
