Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria ( subject to the following conditions) : (1) patients aged =65 years, feeding via oral or transnasal gastrointestinal tube; (2) carers aged =18 years, taking regular care of the patients for 1 month or more during hospitalisation and post-discharge, with no obvious hearing or visual impairment, normal cognition, informed consent and voluntary participation in the study; (3) patients (or guardians) and carers agreeing to participate in the study with full understanding and signing the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria (if 1 of them is met, it is excluded) : (1)Patients with severe somatic or organic diseases in the terminal stage of the disease; (2)Caregivers with speech and communication disorders.
