Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for simple obesity in modern medicine; 2. Anxiety Self-Rating Scale (SAS) score >=50, Trait-Anxiety Scale (STAI) score >=20; 3. Age 18~45 years old; 4. Gender is not limited, both are right-handed; 5. Junior high school education level or above; 6. Participants who voluntarily participate in the study and sign a written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who suffer from endocrine system diseases and major diseases that require treatment; 2. Women who are pregnant or lactating; 3. Participated in acupuncture treatment in the past 1 month; 4. Patients who have taken weight loss, anti-anxiety and depression related drugs or received weight loss treatment from a dietitian in the past 3 months; 5. Patients with contraindications to functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI); 6. Patients who have a fear of acupuncture and those who cannot cooperate with the treatment.
