Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Meets the diagnostic criterion of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for adenoid hypertrophy; ? Without using hormone therapy in the last 3 months before enrollment; ? Age = 4 years and = 10 years old, no gender limitation; ? Understand and agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with congenital maxillofacial malformation or abnormal nasal anatomy; ? Children with severe adenoid hypertrophy, A/N>0.80; ? Those who have other severe diseases, such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, genetic metabolic diseases, liver diseases, etc., that may have adverse effects on the results of this study and the patient themselves; ? Individuals who have participated or are currently participating in other clinical studies within 1 month before enrollment; ? Allergic constitution and individuals who are allergic to the prescription herbal medica used in this study.
