Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case group: 1. Age = 18 years old, gender not limited. 2. Diagnosed with one of the following tumours by surgical pathology or biopsy pathology: breast cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, pancreatic adenocarcinoma, colorectal adenocarcinoma, ovarian cancer, renal clear cell carcinoma, prostate adenocarcinoma, lung adenocarcinoma. 3. First diagnosis: no history of anti-tumour, including anti-tumour drug treatment, surgical treatment, endocrine treatment, radiotherapy, etc.; no previous history of tumour. Healthy people group: 1. Age = 18 years old, gender not limited. 2. Those who have no organ tumour as confirmed by imaging examination, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have tumours in organs other than those mentioned above. 2. Those with a combination of 2 or more of the above tumours. 3. Those with previous anti-tumour treatment. 4. People with combined cognitive dysfunction.
