Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Signed informed consent, voluntary participation, and good compliance. 2. Patients diagnosed with colorectal cancer on preoperative examination were evaluated for feasibility of radical surgery. 3. Age =18 and =70 years old, no gender limit. 4. No previous abdominal surgery. 5. No preoperative neoadjuvant therapy. 6. Life expectancy = 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The preoperative examination indicated the presence of colorectal cancer with peritoneal metastasis or extensive metastasis to other abdominal organs. 2. Hypersensitivity to the ingredients in IMPACT or to Combined Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus, Enterococcus and Bacillus cereus Tablets, Live. 3. Long-term use of gastrointestinal-related medications, such as laxatives, antidiarrheal drugs, and gastric stimulants, can have adverse effects. 4. Patients who are unable to undergo enteral nutrition, such as those with short bowel syndrome. 5. Combined severe sensation. 6. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding or planning to prepare for pregnancy.
