Age
60 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Localized prostate cancer (according to AJCC 8th TNM stage, excluding regional and distant metastasis) , 2. Over 60 years old, 3. Expected survival over 5 years, 4. WHO survival status 0-2; 5. Signing informed consent; 6. Allowing endocrine therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Radical prostatectomy; 2. Distant metastasis; 3. Previous radiotherapy in the target area; 4. Severe complications; 5. Expected survival of less than 5 years.
