Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Preschool children aged 4-6 years old, regardless of gender. (2) In accordance with the Pediatric Expert Consensus on Early Identification, Standardized Diagnosis, and Treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) (2020 Edition), the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders 5th Edition (DSM-5), and the International Classification of Diseases 11th Edition (ICD-11), Including attention deficit dominant type, hyperactivity-impulse dominant type and mixed type. (3) The subject's parents (or other caregivers) and the teacher of the child care facility can cooperate to correctly fill in the physical activity record scale and upload it daily. (4) Subject's guardian agrees and signs the informed consent. (5) In order to ensure the effectiveness of intervention and management, children are taught in the district nursery institutions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Age below 4 years old or above 6 years old. (2) Children with infectious diseases or major organ failure diseases. (3) Assessing that the child does not benefit and that the childcarer is unwilling to participate. (4) Children with learning disabilities, autism, Tourette's syndrome, intellectual disabilities, epilepsy and other neurological disorders. (5) Children who have been or are receiving treatment for ADHD (including drug or non-drug treatment) or medications related to sleep disorders. (6) Any condition accompanied by an inability to tolerate moderate intensity physical activity. (7) The child does not study in a nursery institution in the district.
