Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of disturbance of consciousness (DOC); 3. Age of 18-70 years old, regardless of gender; 4. The duration of disturbance of consciousness was from 2 weeks to 6 months; 5. The medication regimen was relatively fixed at least one week before enrollment; 6. The legal representative are aware of the treatment process and risks, and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal vital signs (blood pressure, respiration, pulse, heart rate) or with active cerebral hemorrhage; 2. Arrhythmia or heart rate < 60 beats/min. 3. Primary disturbance of consciousness or disturbance of consciousness was caused by other reasons. 4. Inability to receive transcutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation due to external ear damage or other personal factors. 5. Patients with epileptiform EEG.
