Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Prospective collection of biological samples and clinical information from glioma patients Inclusion Criteria Patients with brain tumors admitted to the Neurosurgery Department of Huashan Hospital affiliated with Fudan University can be enrolled if they meet the following conditions: 1) Age greater than 18 years old, regardless of gender; 2) Preoperative imaging suspected glioma; 3) Surgery is required; 4) The pathological report of intraoperative frozen section showed glioma; 5) On the basis of ensuring that it does not affect the clinical routine diagnosis and treatment needs, a certain amount of fresh biological samples can be taken for research; 6) Voluntarily sign an informed consent form. Retrospective collection of biological samples and clinical information of glioma, breast cancer, thyroid cancer, lung cancer, colon cancer, liver cancer, bladder cancer, prostate cancer and gastric cancer Inclusion Criteria All cases of glioma, breast cancer, thyroid cancer, lung cancer, bowel cancer, liver cancer, bladder cancer, prostate cancer and stomach cancer diagnosed by the Department of Pathology of Huashan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University can be included in the group if they meet the following conditions: 1) Age greater than 18 years old, regardless of gender; 2) Pathological diagnosis: glioma, breast cancer, thyroid cancer, lung cancer, colon cancer, liver cancer, bladder cancer, prostate cancer or stomach cancer; 3) On the basis of ensuring that it does not affect clinical routine diagnosis, paraffin sections (5 pieces) can be taken for immunohistochemical staining; 4) The patient voluntarily joined this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Prospective collection of biological samples and clinical information from glioma patients Exclusion criteria If a patient meets any of the following criteria, they will not be eligible for inclusion in this study: 1) The pathological results of intraoperative frozen sections do not match those of gliomas; 2) After removing the samples required for normal diagnosis and treatment, the remaining sample size is not enough for research; 3) The patient is unwilling to join the study. Retrospective collection of biological samples and clinical information of glioma, breast cancer, thyroid cancer, lung cancer, colon cancer, liver cancer, bladder cancer, prostate cancer and gastric cancer Exclusion criteria If a patient meets any of the following criteria, they will not be eligible for inclusion in this study: 1) Those who have stored wax blocks for too long and become moldy; 2) Not willing to participate in this study.
