Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Meet the diagnostic criteria of unstable angina pectoris in accordance with the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of non-ST Segment Elevation Acute Coronary Syndrome formulated by the Cardiovascular Society of the Chinese Medical Association in 2016; ? Meet the indications for PCI surgery and receive PCI treatment in our hospital; ? Age 18-75 years old; ? Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Under 18 years of age or over 75 years of age; ? Patients with blood system diseases and bleeding tendency; (3) Patients with severe abnormal lung, kidney, liver function and other cardiovascular diseases; ?
