Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Eligible patients are those planned to undergo unilateral total knee arthroplasty under general anesthesia, over 18 years old, classified as American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-III, and able to understand the explanation of the protocol.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients over 85 years old, with a body mass index exceeding 35 kg·m2, inflammatory rheumatic disease, history of TKA revision, inability to cooperate, unable to understand French or use verbal rating scale (VRS), preoperative cognitive dysfunction, known allergies or contraindications to acetaminophen and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, intolerance to opioid drugs, and patients who have received opioid therapy for one month before surgery.
