Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Responsible for the main care tasks of patients and participating in the formulation of medical decisions for patients; (2) Caregivers are the patient's spouse, parents, children, brothers, sisters and other direct relatives; (3) When there are several primary caregivers at the same time, the patient designates one caregiver as the research subject; (4) Age = 18 years old; (5) Daily care time>4 hours, care time>15 days; (6) Having normal communication, writing, and cognitive abilities; (7) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who have an employment relationship with their family; (2) Individuals with mental or cognitive impairments; (3) Those who are unable to communicate due to hearing impairment or low cultural level or other reasons; (4) Those who have recently experienced other major stress events; (5) Refuse collaborators after explanation by the researcher.
