18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18 ~65 years old. (2) B-ultrasound, liver stiffness measurement (LSM), CT and other imaging tests suggested cirrhosis. (3) Child-Pugh grade A. (4) The maximum diameter of liver tumor is less than 5cm (5) Patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Age 65 years. (2) Laparotomy or conversion to laparotomy. (3) Child-Pugh grade B or C. (4) Combined with serious chronic pulmonary insufficiency, renal insufficiency and other diseases. (5) Serious infection, such as sepsis. (6) Complicated with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, such as stroke history, myocardial infarction history, etc. (7) Do not sign informed consent.
