Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic heart failure in the 2016 European Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute and Chronic Heart Failure 2. Above 18 years old 3.Good verbal communication skills and able to complete the questionnaire 4.Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Refractory end-stage of chronic heart failure 2.Acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure with hemodynamic instability 3.Previous psychiatric history, stroke with severe sequelae
