Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Colonoscopy patients aged 18-75 years (2) Constipation patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of Rome IV

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with a history of allergies to the drugs in this study (2) Patients with severe heart, liver, and kidney diseases (3) Patients taking other gastrointestinal motility drugs, laxatives, antidiarrheal drugs, etc. within the past 2 weeks (4) Combining high blood pressure Patients with blood pressure, diabetes, intestinal obstruction, intestinal perforation and electrolyte imbalance, active inflammatory bowel disease (5) history of colorectal resection (6) history of taking linaclotide within 7 days (7) history of mental illness and unable to cooperate 8. Pregnant women and lactating women.
