Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age =65 years (2) Elective abdominal laparoscopic non-vascular surgery was performed, the operation time was =4h, and the hospital stay was expected to be =7 days (3)ASA is graded from I to III (4)BMI of 18.5-29.9 kg/m2; (5) Clearly understand, voluntarily participate in the study, and signed by the informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Cerebrovascular disease; (2) Patients with epilepsy, dementia and long-term antidepressants; (3) Patients with severe visual, hearing and language impairment and liver and kidney insufficiency; (4) Patients with hypotension or hypertension accumulated time >15 min during the operation; (5) Patients with a score of MMSE <24 on the 1st day before surgery; (6) Have participated in any clinical trial as a subject within 3 months; (7) Patients who cannot complete or refuse the whole process of testing for various reasons
