Conditions

Cardiovascular response when intubated

Interventions

Control group:Dexmedetomidine is not given before anesthesia induces endotracheal intubation
Dextmedetomidine Group1:Before anesthesia induction, dexmedetomidine 0.6ug/kg was given for 10min
Dextmedetomidine Group2:The patient was injected with a loading dose of 0.6 ug/kg dexmedetomidine pump for 10 minutes, rested for 20 minutes, and then induced endotracheal intubation under general ane

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective double-lumen endotracheal tube intubation under general anesthesia and thoracic surgery, ASA grade I~III, age = 65 years old, = 85 years old. Body mass index (BMI) < 30 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known allergy to anesthetic drugs; history of sedative drug abuse and recent opioid use; hypertensive patients with poorly controlled blood pressure (basal blood pressure measured three times in a row after admission to the preoperative preparation room =160mmHg); tachycardia (HR> 100 beats per minute); Hepatic and renal insufficiency

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The number of patients with positive and negative reactions immediately after endotracheal intubation and within 5 minutes after intubation.;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Number of cases of hypotension (SBP <90 mmHg) within 5 minutes of anesthesia induction and endotracheal intubation;Number of cases of bradycardia (heart rate = 50beats per minute) within 5 minutes of anesthesia induction and endotracheal intubation;Number of cases in which anesthesia induction, tracheal intubation, adverse hemodynamic time within 5 minutes required vasoactive drug rescue;
