Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective double-lumen endotracheal tube intubation under general anesthesia and thoracic surgery, ASA grade I~III, age = 65 years old, = 85 years old. Body mass index (BMI) < 30 kg/m2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Known allergy to anesthetic drugs; history of sedative drug abuse and recent opioid use; hypertensive patients with poorly controlled blood pressure (basal blood pressure measured three times in a row after admission to the preoperative preparation room =160mmHg); tachycardia (HR> 100 beats per minute); Hepatic and renal insufficiency
